Toril Boat.jpg

Toril is a registered dietitian who has many years’ experience giving tailored nutrition advice, both in the private sector as well as the NHS.

She began her nature and nutrition journey in Norway and has a first class BSc honours degree in nutrition and biological sciences and a masters in dietetics, later specialising in women and paediatric nutrition.

She has a passion for food and nature, and tries her upmost to promote sustainable nutrition and mindful eating. She loves spending time outdoors from running in the woods, to growing fruit and vegetables at her allotment.

She decided to specialise in infant and children's nutrition, from preconception throughout pregnancy and childhood to help future generations thrive, and live happy and healthy lives.

Max is a dedicated conservationist who holds degrees in BSc, Environmental Sciences and MRes Ecology. His love for nature has taken him on adventures to some global wildlife hotspots.

Now back from the international conservation front-lines, he has turned his attention to passing on his skills and experience to the next generation. He’s currently training to be a Forest School Leader and is a qualified outdoors first aider. He is passionate about reconnecting people to nature and his other interests include re-wilding, rhino conservation, writing, hiking and bushcraft.

Rosa became an Authentic Relating facilitator in 2014, running workshops in Vietnam and later at Embercombe, Schumacher College and a number of UK festivals. Together with co-founder Rich Loizou, she started Unusually Brave, creating spaces for people to practice relating to themselves and each other in kind and honest ways.

Rosa is a co-founder of Find Space Collective, a have-less-live-more initiative exploring human relationships to time, technology and stuff in a culture that promotes busy ‘always on’ ways of living. She also co-founded the organisational change network Liquid School, where she works with corporates on integrating authentic leadership and a sustainability mind-set into the heart of business. Rosa is a board member for the centre for leadership and learning, Embercombe.

Tina is a Law of Attraction Certified Life Coach, who also has a degree in BA Social Work and Welfare Studies, a Masters in Social Work and has 10 years experience of previously working as a social worker and even longer in the care sector.

Furthermore, she is a doTERRA Wellness Advocate teaching about the safe use of essential oils as nature's medicine cabinet, for emotional wellbeing and empowering families to support their own health and wellbeing, from pregnancy, to birth and beyond.

Her passion is to help others transform, become the best version of themselves and live their wildest dreams.

She chose to specialise in working with mums, because a fulfilled mum shining in her full light, creating the generations of the future, makes the world a brighter place.

Tina has a deep love and connection with trees, and being in the woods lights up her whole body and soul. She thrives in nature and the outdoors, and whilst being by the fire.
